Enjoy 3 workouts in one class: 30 min of [Pilates+], 30 min of [Barre+] and 30 mn of [Cycle+] (virtual coaching).

You can book this class with your usual group class credits.

You should have experienced the 3 different workouts at least once before the triathlon.

The class is taking place one every 2 weekend on Saturdays at 9h00 with Giulia and on Sundays at 15h00 with Alex.
